Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). International customers should note:

  • Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Delivery times may vary based on destination country customs processing
  • All prices are shown in USD

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your swimwear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Swimwear bottoms (including Swimsuit Bottoms)
  • Sports bras

Exceptions will be made if these items arrive defective or not as described.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be included

Return & Exchange Process

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you with:

  • A prepaid return label (if you chose standard shipping)
  • Return address and instructions (if you used free shipping)
  • Any special instructions for your specific items

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please:

  • Repackage items securely in original packaging
  • Include all tags and original documents
  • Attach the return label clearly (standard shipping)
  • For exchanges, include a note with your exchange request

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 3 business days of approval

Refund Timeline

  • 1-2 business days: Inspection and processing
  • 3-5 business days: Refund issued to original payment method
  • Additional 3-10 business days: Depending on your bank/payment provider, the refund may take additional time to appear on your statement

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.

International Returns

For customers outside the US (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may vary based on exchange rates

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange a free return and replacement
