At Swimming Gear Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your swimwear and accessories. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear bottoms (including Swimsuit Bottoms from our menu) or sports bras unless they arrive defective or not as described.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you with:

  • A prepaid return label (if you chose standard shipping)
  • Return address and instructions (if you used free shipping)
  • Any special instructions for your specific items

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please:

  • Repackage items securely in original packaging
  • Include all tags and original documents
  • Attach the return label clearly (standard shipping)
  • For exchanges, include a note with your exchange request

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 3 business days of approval

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.

Refund Timeline

After we receive your return:

  1. 1-2 business days: Inspection and processing
  2. 3-5 business days: Refund issued to original payment method
  3. Additional 3-10 business days: Depending on your bank/payment provider, the refund may take additional time to appear on your statement

International Returns

For customers outside the US (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may vary based on exchange rates

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange a free return and replacement
